"Faulty Product, Refund Denied"
Edit 2: The replacement ball showed up today and it’s working like a charm, so I’m bumping my rating up to 5 stars. Big thanks to Cheerble for your trust and the comb too. My cat is super happy and chasing the Ice ball all over the place while I’m typing this.
Edit after seeing Cheerble's response: I followed your advice and submitted a ticket. If you could send me another Ice-cream ball that actually works, that would be awesome, thanks! (Could you check if it’s functioning before you send it?) If you give me an email where I can send a file via WeTransfer, I can show you a video I made that proves the ice-cream ball wasn’t working at all, even though the green light said it was fully charged.
I ordered a second ball from Cheerble back in October during the Halloween sale. The first one was still working fine, but I wanted to get my cat a different one for Christmas. Unfortunately, that second ball was a dud; it didn’t work at all. I reached out to customer service as soon as I noticed the issue, but they told me it was "outside the refund window." They suggested I place a new order instead! As if I wanted to waste more cash...! The ball ended up in the trash (no refund, no return = no reason to keep it). I guess I should’ve checked it sooner; waiting until Christmas to test it was a bad move. It’s a lesson learned: don’t just trust a company because your last purchase went smoothly.
I won’t be shopping from that site again: their products are too pricey to take risks, and I can’t afford to keep throwing money at things that might not work. If you decide to buy anything from Cheerble, make sure to check that it’s working right when you get it. Even if it’s a gift for someone else’s pet: open it up, plug in the USB charger, and give it a try. You don’t want to go through the letdown I experienced.

"Package Never Arrived"
I was looking forward to the delivery today to give to my friend's dog for Christmas. When I received the notification that it had been delivered, I rushed outside. There was no package whatsoever on my front porch. I checked my mailbox, the area around my house, and even asked my neighbors. Nothing. Cheerble also doesn’t make it easy to get in touch with customer support. I can’t even get a refund, since the company conveniently lacks a formal process for reporting delivery issues other than sending an email to 'customer support.' I've noticed they are quick to point fingers at the courier and claim they bear no responsibility for situations like this. Honestly, this has been a total waste of time and money. At this point, it seems like the company is more interested in draining cash from its customers rather than making sure they’re satisfied.

"Fraud Alert!"
Cheerble is a prime example of Kickstarter fraudsters. They managed to pull in over $380,000 for a creatively designed cat water bowl back in September 2021. Initially, they promised shipping by January 2022. Fast forward to August 2022, and they’re still hitting folks up for an extra $25 just to send out a product that was already paid for (the 'super early bird' deal was $99, which is quite a chunk of change for a water bowl, especially for those on a tight budget) and they STILL can’t provide a new shipping date, nearly a year later. They’re also charging extra for items that should’ve been included, like water filters, which cost $12 each. A lot of backers are losing faith that this project will ever see the light of day, and the company even admitted this in their latest update to backers. They’re denying refunds, even to those who’ve waited so long that their pets have sadly passed away. Sure, we get that Kickstarter isn’t a traditional store, but that doesn’t mean there shouldn’t be repercussions for scamming people and taking their cash. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with this company again and would advise others to steer clear too.

"Terrible support from the customer service team"
Absolutely terrible support! The crew didn’t assist me with my order problem and just brushed off my emails. Don’t trust what they say here; you won’t get any replies to your emails. I haven’t received my order, and there’s been no refund.

"Excellent support and fun products"
I ran into an issue with the delivery of my item, but the customer service team jumped right in to send me a replacement without delay. I'm eagerly awaiting this new one and can't wait to have some fun with my cats. I got to check it out at a buddy's place, and it's obvious that the product is top-notch and designed with care. Her cat absolutely loves it. Fingers crossed mine will feel the same way!

"Awesome Products, Awesome Site - Totally Recommend Cheerble"
The item I got (KittySpring water bowl) was just like the images and functioned great. The site is super user-friendly; after I bought the product, I could easily monitor its status anytime. Plus, if you shoot an email to customer service, they respond pretty quickly.

"Fun Plaything for Dogs"
My pup really had a blast with this toy! He hasn’t quite figured it out yet and doesn’t play with it the way it’s meant to be used, but he’s still pretty intrigued by it. Most of the time, he just sits there with it in his mouth, buzzing away, and then he drops it out of the blue. However, my buddy's dog absolutely loved it when I lent it to them!

"Our furry crew is all about it!"
I picked up the board game for my kitties and the fun ball for my pups. They can't get enough of their new toys! I was worried my timid dog would be frightened by the ball, but he totally adores it and gets super excited whenever I bring it out and switch it on. The cats enjoy lounging and having a blast with their board game and ball! Awesome work, Cheerble, and thanks a bunch!

"Rating based more on refund policy than actual product"
The stars I gave here are more about the refund offer than a true recommendation. It performs as advertised, but sadly, what it claims to do isn’t what was shown in the video. It just shakes every now and then and produces a loud whirring sound. Occasionally, it might slowly wander, but it can't get across carpet. We’ve had it for a week, and none of my three dogs—aged 1, 4, and 10—have paid it any mind.
